PeachBudz Damage, Defective, Return, Exchange and Refund Policies:


PeachBudz endeavors to make your headphone shopping experience as enjoyable as hassle free as possible. We offer a variety of solutions to any problem or dissatisfaction you may have with your product shipment including a 30 Day Exchange program, a 30 Guaranteed Satisfaction Trial Program, and a streamlined process for handling damaged/defective products and/or unopened returns. Following is a description of the various options we offer to assure your satisfaction.

PeachBudz 30-Day Exchange and 30 Day Guaranteed Satisfaction Trial Programs:

PeachBudz offers two primary exchange and trial programs that ease the concerns of shopping for headphones on the internet.  While similar, they differ slightly in the process by which we handle them and each are described below.

PeachBudz 30-Day Exchange Program

The PeachBudz 30-Day Exchange program allows customers to return products that did not meet their expectations in return for an alternative product.  If you receive a product, open it, and decide you would like to exchange it for a different product, we offer two options to our online customers only as our stores have a similar but slightly different policy - please inquire at your PeachBudz location regarding our innovative and dynamic exchange program offered in those locations.

1.  You may purchase the new item online and return the product you have decided to exchange to the address listed below. The product returned must be in "like-new" condition and comply with our product return policies for exchanges and refunds as indicated below in "Conditions of PeachBudz 30-Day Exchange and Trial" programs and must be received by PeachBudz within 30 Days of the original purchase. We will then refund your credit card for the full value of the returned product within five business days of receiving the returned product and processing it through the PeachBudz Product Returns Department for compliance with our returned products conditions. 


2.  Alternatively, you may contact the PeachBudz Returns Department at returns@peachbudz.com and request an exchange indicating the product which you would like to receive in exchange for the product you are returning. You may then return the product to PeachBudz. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will then process the shipping of the replacement product along with any refunds or additional charges due on your credit card. 




Please note that products returned that do not meet the "Conditions of PeachBudz' 30-Day Exchange and Trial Programs" may be subject to a restocking fee or, in rare cases, refusal of the returned product.

Freight costs are not refundable and the freight cost of the return for this program must be paid by the customer (which is why our policies for in store exchanges differ from our online exchange program).This program is available to our online customers only as our stores have a similar but slightly different policy - please inquire at your PeachBudz location regarding our innovative and dynamic exchange program offered in those locations.

PeachBudz 30-Day Guaranteed Satisfaction Trial Program:

PeachBudz also seeks insure your satisfaction by offering a 30-Day Guaranteed Satisfaction Program.  You may return your purchased product to PeachBudz within thirty days of purchase for a full product purchase price refund.  The product returned must be in "like-new" condition and comply with our product return policies for exchanges and refunds as indicated below in "Conditions of PeachBudz 30-Day Exchange and Trial" programs and must be received by PeachBudz within 30 Days of the original purchase. Once the return product is received, PeachBudz will refund the purchase price of the product to your credit card once it is processed by our Returns Department for compliance with our return policies.

Producsts returned that do not meet the "Conditions of PeachBudz' 30-Day Exchange and Trial Programs" may be subject to a restocking fee or, in rare cases, refusal of the returned product.

Conditions of PeachBudz' 30-Day Exchange and Trial Programs:

All products returned for refund or exchange that are are not either damaged or defective (in which case, see the policies for damaged and defective product receipts below) are subject to being returned in "like-new" condition and with all original packaging and accessories as defined below:

1.  Customers are responsible for returning any non-defective item to PeachBudz for refund or exchange.
2.  Customers are responsible for insuring adequate shipping packaging to return item to PeachBudz.  We suggest you use the original shipping package materials from the outbound shipment to you.
3.  Returned product must include the original retail package with the UPC label intact.  If the original packaging with the UPC label is not included with the product, the refund or exchange will be refused and the item returned to you at your cost.
4.  Returned product must include all accessories, manuals and internal packaging included with the product.
5.  Returned product must be clean, undamaged from use, lint free and in perfect working order (Again, defective products are handled separately as described below).
6.  Unopened products can be returned in their original product retail packaging placed into a shipping package and adequate protection for shipment.
7.  Please insure that the product is adequately packaged for shipping.  Items returned in only the retail product package will be refused and returned to you.
8.  All returns must be shipped via a service that provides a tracking number and signature required.  It is the customers' choice as to which shipping service they use.  We are not responsible for returned products not received by PeachBudz, and no credit will be issued for products not received.  We recommend FedEx Ground, but UPS is an excellent alternative.

Most of our returns are handled without any problems.  Once the returned product is received and processed through our Returns Department, a credit is issued or replacement product is shipped which is normally 5-7 business days.  Exceptions to this process are noted below.  In the unusual case in which the policies noted above are not adhered to, there may be a restocking fee of 15% or more applied.  If the product being returned under the Exchange and Guranteed Satisfaction program is damaged or unsalable not due to manufacturers defect or outbound shipping damages (See below for shipping damage claims), the exchange and or refund will be refused and the product returned to the customer at their cost.

If your desired replacement product is not currently available, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.

Excessive Returns:  Please note that customers found to be abusing our 30-Day Exchange and Guaranteed Satisfaction programs may be charged a mandatory restocking fee.  We will advise any customer who appears to be abusing this program via email that future returns may be subject to a mandatory restocking fee.  Generally, three or fewer annual returns under this program will not fall under our excessive returns policy.  Returns quantities over that amount will be addressed individually and are subject to individual circumstances.

Defective Products:


If your product was received and was not operating, had concealed damage or was otherwise defective, please contact PeachBudz at returns@peachbudz.com for a Return Authorization which will include a return shipment label that is paid for by PeachBudz.  Defective products can only be returned for exchange and we will ship the replacement product out as soon as the returned defective item is received and processed by our Returns Department, typically 3-5 working days after receipt.  You may also call us at 515-457-1399 to troubleshoot your new product.  If a product is returned as defective but is determined not to be a manufacturers defect, a 15% restocking fee will be charged as well as the incoming freight for the returned product and outgoing freight for the replacement product.


Shipping Damage:

Merchandise damaged as a consequence of shipping will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received for freight damage. Shipping damage must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt in order for a replacement unit to be arranged.  Please contact us at returns@peachbudz.com to report shipping damage.

Pricing:

Please check your pricing in the shopping cart during checkout as that will be deemed the final pricing at which the product is offered.  Prices may change on items placed and left in the shopping cart prior to final checkout, particularly if an item is placed in a shopping cart and left there a considerable amount of time prior to checkout.  All sales will be considered final and not subject to cancellation except under the policies outlined above. It is possible that an item's price may increase or decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.
