We endeavor to keep our website updated every day with the current availability of products offered at PeachBudz Online. There are instances, however, where an item that you ordered that shows in stock availability may be out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer. In those cases, we will notify you by email within 1-3 business days as to the projected availability of the product. You will have the choice of cancelling the order or awaiting its delivery.
Products Reflecting "Special Order" Inventory
Products that are available via Special Order will be ordered from the manufacturer as soon as possible. Once we have a firm delivery date, normally within 2-4 business days, we will notify you via email as to its projected delivery date.

Although we strive to deliver a satisfying shopping experience to our customers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel questionable customer orders. This includes but is not limited to orders containing ANY error, discrepancy or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, and whether or not the order has been confirmed, verified, and/or your credit card already charged for the order. If your order is canceled by us for any reason, you will be notified by email. If your payment or charge has already been processed through our systems, we will issue a refund to the original pay type or credit card used on the transaction as soon as possible, normally within 1 business day.

PeachBudz reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion to anyone we deem to be operating in a manner contrary to good faith business practices or who we believe has been abusive of our our return policy, service requirements, or PeachBudz staff in any way.
